Siphon has a mistaken dictionary entry in Malay too

Following Dr. Stephen Hughes’ discovery of the mistake in the definition of siphon in the Oxford’s English dictionary, it is noticed that the mistake had perpetuated into Malay dictionary.

Kamus Dewan has the Malay entry of sifon (siphon) as follows (1997: 1277).

tiub yang digunakan untuk mengeluarkan cecair dari sesuatu bekas dengan menggunakan tekanan udara apabila satu hujung tiub berada di dalam bekas dan hunjung satu lagi berada pada kedudukan yang lebih rendah.

The red bit is mistaken as atmospheric pressure in Oxford’s Dictionary and it should be gravity or graviti in Malay
